Stags Breath Whisky and Honey Comb Liqueur

A delicious combination of Highland single malt whisky, and local honey, Stags Breath is excellent in a hot toddy or just neat as a winter warmer (and in Scotland, that is practically all year round).

Staff Tasting Notes

Nose –  A musty sweetness, not far from mead or dessert wine, with a heather and honeysuckle floral note.

Palate –  Honey at the fore, thinned with gently spiced whisky. Bee's wax and a little more of the unique musty quality.

Finish –  Whisky-warmth and some mulling spices mix into the honey as the sweetness fades.
